Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your stay at Quinta Antes o Vento. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

Booking & Payment

A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 40% down payment.

The remaining 60% is due 4 weeks before arrival. A reminder will be sent by email.

Payments can be made via secure platforms or bank transfer.

If the final payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: from 16:00

Check-out: before 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability.

Cancellation

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellation terms and conditions.

Use of Property

Guests must respect the property, nature, and other guests.

Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00.

Smoking is not allowed inside any accommodation.

Pets are welcome in select units upon request.

Damages

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

Repair or replacement costs may be charged after departure.

Liability

We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Use of the pool, trampoline, and other facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Group & Retreat Bookings

Special terms may apply for group stays, company retreats, or events. Please contact us before booking if you are planning a group gathering.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Quinta Antes o Vento, we aim to offer flexibility and fairness. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

Down Payment (40%) – Reusable & Transferable

The 40% down payment is non-refundable, but it is not lost.

In case of cancellation (for any reason), your down payment will be frozen and credited toward a future booking.

The credit is valid for 36 months from the original booking date.

It is also transferable to a family member, friend, or guest of your choice.

Final Payment (60%)

If the remaining 60% has already been paid:

No-shows or Early Departures

No refunds are issued for no-shows or early departures after check-in.

However, the 40% down payment remains available as credit for a future stay within 36 months.

Please notify us via email or phone as early as possible.

We will confirm your cancellation and provide instructions for using or transferring your credit.
