Bookings:

Your booking is irreversible the moment we get the reservation form and we confirm the dates. At the same time we’ll send you the bankdetails and the bill. One third of the amount is required for the deposit. The remainder should be paid one month before arrival in advance.

Cancelation:

It is not possible to return the first payment. You can diminish the risk with a Cancelation Insurance. If you have paid the full amount, and you have to cancel the reservation: we have the following rules:

• If you cancel 1 month before arrival, we’ll return 70% of the amount*
• If you cancel 14 days before arrival, this will be 50% of the amount*
• If you cancel 7 days before arrival, this will be 25% of the amount*
• When the cancelation is less than 7 days before arrival, it will be impossible for us to return anything.

* The amount is the total price paid minus the first payment.

Others:

• In July and August a minimum booking of 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, is required
• The rest of the year a minimum of 3 nights is available.
• No smoking in the apartments.
• A cot is available, if necessary.
• Quinta Antes o Vento is not responsible for accidents, nor are we responsible for your personal things. The use of the apartment, the veranda, garden or  plungepool is at your own risk.
• If you destroy properties of  Quinta Antes o Vento we’ll have to charge for the damage, so that we will be able to replace the damaged things.
• The apartment is available from 15.00 o’clock on the day of arrival until 11o’clock on the day of your departure.
• Dogs are allowed, but please do not allow the dog to poop in the garden. It must be on a leash whilst in the garden.
• Please leave the apartment as you find it.
