From the airport:

By car:

Leave the airport in the direction "outras direccoes". Keep left in the direction A1-Porto, A8-Leiria and Ponte Vasco da Gama. After approximately 5 km take the right exit, signed A8 Leiria Ponte Vasco da Gama.  Directly after the exit keep to the left, take the A8 Leiria - Loures. Through the tunnel take the right lane, signed A8 Leiria - Loures.  Follow this road in the direction of Leiria.  Continue on the A8 until the exit 20 – Tornada. Here take the N8 in the direction of Alcobaça. After 17 km take a right turn at the sign Vimeiro/Acipreste/ Santa Catarina. Drive at the end of the village Acipreste.  On the right you 'll see a big fruitfactory (Coppa da Fruta) Now take a left turn. You will see a sign Ribeira do Carrasqueiro  The third house on the left is Quinta Antes o Vento.

From the North:

Follow the A8 from the North until the exit San Martinho do Porto.  Take a left turn (the N8) in the direction of Alcobaça. After approximately 10 kilometers take a right turn at the sign Vimeiro/Acipreste/ Santa Catarina. Drive at the end of the village Acipreste.  On the right you 'll see a big fruitfactory (Coppa da Fruta) Now take a left turn. You will see a sign Ribeira do Carrasqueiro  The third house on the left is Quinta Antes o Vento.

By bus:

From the airport take a taxi to the busstation Sete Rios. The price will be about €10,-. Take care that there is a taximeter. At the busstation buy a ticket to Caldas da Rainha. (Um bilhete para Caldas da Rainha, faz favor).  The bus goes almost every hour. The last bus goes at 21.15 in the weekdays. On Saturday at 20.00.  On Sunday at 23.00. Once you are in the bus, or you know your time of departure, phone us so we'll be in Caldas da Rainha to pick you up.
